Doris J. Cammack Spencer, Owner/Principal, is a Licensed Title Producer.  She is a retired U.S. Federal Government Executive with knowledge and skills required to ensure that Cammack Settlements operates in full accordance with Federal, State and Local laws pertaining to the Title Industry.  Ms. Cammack Spencer became interested in the Real Estate Title and Settlement business, while serving as a Notary Public during closings.  As a Licensed Title Producer, she then served as a Settlement Processor and Closer, during which time, she became interested in establishing her own Title Agency.

Title Insurance:

We provide residential and commercial Old Republic National Title Insurance products and services.  Our Title Officer, Title Examiners, Attorney, Underwriter and Escrow Officer are highly proficient technically and extremely knowledgeable about local market conditions.  We can respond quickly to your needs, with the flexibility to adopt creative approaches for unique circumstances.  For the 10th consecutive year, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company received the highest financial strength ratings in the title industry.  No title underwriter has matched it’s AA-rating from Standard and Poor’s and A-1 rating from Moody’s Investor Service.  In an industry where customers must be confident that our commitments will be honored in any economic environment, it is important to demonstrate that we have financial resources and long-term stability to stand behind our obligations.

Settlement Services:

We pride ourselves on being flexible to meet the needs of our customers.  If desired, Cammack Settlements will conduct in-home or office settlements.  We will also conduct settlements in the evening and on Saturday.  We use Title Support Services (TSS) software technology to manage customer orders/files and Escrow account from receipt of order to closing.

Escrow Services:

Our Escrow Officer has the experience to adhere to the strictest of lender instructions.  We communicate clearly and consistently with all parties to the transaction.  Once the transaction has taken place, funds are disbursed and documents submitted to local government authorities for proper recording.  Our Escrow accounts are reconciled bi-monthly by TSS specialist.
